This policy explains what information the Tickstone game ("the app") collects and how it is used. The app and this website are operated by the Tickstone team ("we", "us"). Contact: tickstonegame@gmail.com.
Your best scores, your sound setting and whether you have seen the tutorial are saved locally on your device. This data is not sent to us. We do not run our own servers and the app has no accounts.
The browser version of the game stores your best scores and settings in your browser's local storage on your device. It is not sent to us. Clearing your browser data removes it.
The app shows rewarded ads through Google AdMob. When an ad is requested, Google and its partners may collect and use device information such as your advertising identifier, IP address, approximate location, device and app information, and ad interaction data, in order to serve and measure ads and prevent fraud. Where required (for example in the EEA and UK) we ask for your consent before showing personalized ads. You can review or change that choice at any time from the "Ad privacy" link on the start screen of the app. On iPhone, the app also asks for your permission before tracking you across other companies' apps and websites, and you can say no. You can reset or limit ad personalization in your device settings (Android: Settings > Google > Ads; iOS: Settings > Privacy & Security > Tracking). Learn more in how Google uses information from apps that use its services.
This website (tickstonegame.app) is hosted by Cloudflare, which may process technical data such as your IP address and browser information to deliver the pages and protect the site. We do not use cookies, advertising trackers or analytics on the website. Links to services such as Facebook and TikTok lead to third-party sites with their own privacy policies.
If you email us, we use your email address and message only to reply and to improve the game. We do not share it.
We do not use any analytics services of our own. The platforms (Apple and Google) and our ad provider may collect crash and diagnostic information according to their own policies.
The app is not directed to children under 13 (or the minimum age in your country), and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided information through ads or otherwise, contact us and we will help.
Because we do not keep personal data on our own servers, there is generally nothing for us to delete or export. If you are in the EEA, UK or another region with data protection rights, you may contact us to ask about, access or object to processing, and you may complain to your local data protection authority. For data held by ad partners, use the controls in your device settings or contact them directly.
We may update this policy and will change the date above when we do.
